[02:00] Iman: Most of us are living on autopilot, reacting to whatever comes at us rather than making conscious choices. [04:45] Antonia: The calendar owns us instead of the other way around. [06:30] Iman: And the worst part is, we're often busy with things that don't actually matter to us. [09:00] Antonia: I used to fill my calendar to feel productive, but I wasn't fulfilled. [12:00] Iman: That's the trap. We confuse busyness with purpose. [14:30] Antonia: So what's the first step to reclaiming our time? [16:45] Iman: Audit your current reality. Track how you spend your time for one week without judgment. [20:00] Antonia: Just observe, don't change anything yet? [22:00] Iman: Right. You can't fix what you can't see. Most people are shocked when they actually measure where their time goes. [25:30] Antonia: Then what? [27:00] Iman: Ask yourself: Which of these activities align with my actual values? Which are just obligations I've taken on? [30:00] Antonia: And start saying no to the misaligned stuff. [32:30] Iman: Exactly. Every yes to something unimportant is a no to something that matters.
